Responsibilities
- Provide play-based, research-supported ABA interventions to help children with autism reach meaningful developmental milestones in home, school, and community environments.
- Guide and support behavior therapists and caregivers through direct observation, constructive feedback, and skill modeling to ensure consistent, high-quality implementation of treatment plans.
- Work alongside a BCBA to conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment strategies, set client goals, and produce or revise program resources and case records.
