Responsibilities
- Provide play-based, research-supported ABA interventions to help children with autism reach meaningful developmental milestones in home, school, and community environments.
- Guide and support behavior therapists and caregivers through direct observation, constructive feedback, and skill modeling to ensure consistent and effective treatment delivery.
- Work alongside a BCBA to conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, set client goals, and produce or update program resources and documentation.

- Full-time applicants must have availability Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m.
- Program Supervisors will dedicate 50% of their time to supervision responsibilities.
- Employees are compensated for travel time between assigned locations.
- A smartphone is required for job functions.
- Candidates must pass a DOJ/FBI background check, including fingerprinting, and a TB test if applicable.
