Position at LeoVegas UK ABOUT THE ROLE As a Technical Compliance Specialist, you'll become part of a dynamic team comprised of diverse professionals united by a shared enthusiasm for technology and regulatory adherence. You'll collaborate across multiple product lines and regulatory domains, ensuring alignment with pertinent legal standards and industry guidelines. Reporting to the Senior Technical Compliance Specialist, you'll engage with cross-functional teams and navigate complex iGaming regulatory requirements. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR - Communicating regulatory requirements to Product and Tech departments, critically evaluating designs against compliance frameworks; - Developing comprehensive understanding of product compliance standards in regulated markets, maintaining internal tools with latest requirement versions, and providing nuanced interpretations; - Fostering a proactive compliance culture throughout the organization; - Actively participating in comprehensive technical audit processes; - Collaborating closely with legal and compliance teams to address and resolve identified issues; - Enhancing and consolidating the organization's overall compliance strategy; - Providing technical compliance support and responding to internal queries; - Continuously monitoring and analyzing evolving regulatory landscapes in existing and emerging markets. OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE ESSENTIAL SKILLS: - Minimum 2 years experience in compliance or product technology within online gambling sectors; - Profound understanding of remote gambling legislation; - Robust comprehension of igaming industry dynamics and compliance's role in technical requirement development; NICE TO HAVE: - Familiarity with Agile methodologies, project management, or change management principles; - Previous experience utilizing Atlassian suite; WHO WE ARE At LeoVegas Group's core is Team Leo.
