Reporting to the Senior Technical Compliance Specialist, you'll engage with cross-functional teams and navigate complex iGaming regulatory requirements. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR - Communicating regulatory requirements to Product and Tech departments, critically evaluating designs against compliance frameworks; - Developing comprehensive understanding of product compliance standards in regulated markets, maintaining internal tools with latest requirement versions, and providing nuanced interpretations; - Fostering a proactive compliance culture throughout the organization; - Actively participating in comprehensive technical audit processes; - Collaborating closely with legal and compliance teams to address and resolve identified issues; - Enhancing and consolidating the organization's overall compliance strategy; - Providing technical compliance support and responding to internal queries; - Continuously monitoring and analyzing evolving regulatory landscapes in existing and emerging markets.
