HireHawk is looking for a Legal Recruiter to join our team. In this remote role based in the Philippines, you will source and hire lawyers, paralegals, case managers, and other legal professionals for U.S.-based law firms. You will need an in-depth understanding of the legal recruiting landscape, including practice areas like personal injury and litigation. We’re passionate about helping candidates grow their careers while supporting our clients with reliable, remote-ready talent.
What You'll Do
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified lawyers, paralegals, case managers, and legal assistants for U.S. law firms, primarily in California and Texas.
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, from job intake and candidate outreach to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines using sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Workable.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to different legal specializations such as personal injury, litigation, workers’ compensation, and employment law.
- Conduct structured interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical, behavioral, and cultural fit.
- Partner with the People & Compliance team to ensure seamless onboarding and documentation.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress and pipeline health.
- Stay current on trends in legal hiring, compensation benchmarks, and bar association guidelines.
What We're Looking For
- Experience sourcing and hiring lawyers, paralegals, case managers, and other legal professionals for U.S.-based law firms.
- In-depth understanding of the legal recruiting landscape, including familiarity with personal injury, employment law, and litigation practice areas.
- Proven ability to manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to closing offers.
- Experience building and maintaining talent pipelines using sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Workable.
- Ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to different legal specializations.
- Experience conducting structured interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical, behavioral, and cultural fit.
- Ability to track recruitment metrics and provide updates on hiring progress.
- Knowledge of trends in legal hiring, compensation benchmarks, and bar association guidelines.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with U.S. law firms primarily in California and Texas.
- Ability to work U.S. business hours, with PST preferred.
