Legal Recruiter (Remote, Philippines) – Full-time Contractor Role
Role Summary
We’re looking for a skilled Legal Recruiter to support U.S.-based law firms in hiring qualified legal talent. As a remote contractor based in the Philippines, you’ll manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for positions including lawyers, paralegals, case managers, and legal assistants. The focus will be on practice areas such as personal injury, employment law, litigation, and workers’ compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead candidate sourcing, screening, and placement for legal roles across multiple jurisdictions, primarily in California and Texas.
- Guide open positions from intake through to offer acceptance, including interview coordination and negotiation support.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, and other platforms to build sustainable talent pipelines.
- Design targeted sourcing strategies based on legal specialty and role requirements.
- Conduct structured interviews to assess technical expertise, behavioral alignment, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with internal compliance and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions for placed candidates.
- Monitor key recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress, time-to-fill, and pipeline quality.
- Stay informed on U.S. legal hiring trends, compensation standards, and bar-related guidelines.
What You’ll Need
- Proven track record in recruiting legal professionals, including attorneys and support staff.
- Solid understanding of U.S. legal practice areas, particularly personal injury, litigation, and employment law.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a client-facing or agency environment.
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across time zones.
- Availability during U.S. business hours (PST preferred), Monday through Friday.

Salary is competitive and based on experience (USD, DOE). This is a remote, full-time contractor position open exclusively to candidates based in the Philippines. No relocation is required.
