Construction & Property Group – UK is looking for a Legal Professional (Litigation Specialist) to manage complex legal disputes, draft precise legal documents, and represent clients with professionalism and confidence.
What You'll Do
- Handle litigation cases from initiation to resolution, including trial preparation and courtroom representation.
- Draft, review, and edit legal documents, pleadings, contracts, and correspondence with flawless English.
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to ensure effective case management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents.
What We're Looking For
- Law degree and admission to the bar.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in litigation practice.
- Exceptional written and spoken English; ability to draft persuasive arguments and communicate clearly.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
