Allocator One is looking for a Legal Operations Specialist to manage contract drafting, compliance processes, and legal coordination for our global activities. You will be a crucial part of a team redefining private markets, providing responsive legal support across different regions.
What You'll Do
- Draft, review, and standardize agreements for sponsorships, vendors, and partners.
- Support compliance processes and document due diligence.
- Provide quick legal insights to operational and executive teams across regions.
- Maintain an organized digital repository of legal templates and signed contracts.
- Coordinate with external counsel when needed.
- Participate in daily handovers to ensure global continuity of legal support.
What We're Looking For
- Law degree with 3+ years of professional experience in corporate or commercial law.
- Strong understanding of international contracts and cross-border compliance.
- Fluent in English (C1 required).
- Detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable working autonomously.
Nice to Have
- Other languages are an advantage.
- Prior experience in remote or international environments.
