Crystalia Glass LLC is hiring a bilingual Legal Operations Specialist to manage contract and waiver documentation for our US market operations. In this fully remote role, you will bridge legal analysis, operations, and AI-driven workflows, gaining direct exposure to commercial decisions and risk management.
What You'll Do
- Review B2B commercial contracts from clients to identify risks, inconsistencies, and errors.
- Prepare structured comments and suggested revisions, supporting multiple negotiation cycles.
- Review conditional and unconditional waivers, verifying project data, financials, and legal logic.
- Compare waiver documents against project information and flag risks for approval or correction.
- Manage document review workflows in ClickUp or similar systems, tracking stages and versions.
- Ensure analysis reflects full project context, including state-specific nuances and scope.
- Use AI tools for issue spotting, redlining, and summaries, validating and refining outputs manually.
- Contribute to improving prompt templates and AI workflows.
- Prepare structured materials for external legal counsel and support internal teams on disputes or compliance matters.
- Communicate contract comments to sales managers and support client negotiation through internal coordination.
- Ensure final documents are accurate and meet company risk standards.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in contract review, legal support, paralegal work, or legal operations.
- Fluent English and Russian language skills (C1 minimum).
- Strong analytical and structured thinking with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience reviewing B2B contracts and commercial documentation.
- Practical experience using AI tools for document analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word or Google Docs, including tracked changes and commenting.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, high-volume operational environment.
Nice to Have
- Degree in Law, Business Administration, Contract Management, or Paralegal Studies.
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, engineering, or other project-based industries.
- Experience supporting external lawyers and understanding US commercial contract logic.
- Familiarity with state-specific contract nuances and experience in remote international teams.
- Interest in legal tech and AI-driven workflows.
