Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable processes for legal workflows and cross-departmental projects involving teams such as Sales, Finance, and HR
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and management of legal technology platforms, including contract lifecycle management, electronic billing, and matter tracking systems
- Continuously assess and improve operational workflows using automation and software tools
- Serve as the main point of contact between the Legal department and IT or Security teams
- Assist in overseeing external legal counsel, including reviewing invoices and managing legal spending
- Support budget planning and financial forecasting for Legal and Compliance; monitor legal expenditures and produce related reports
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure legal team effectiveness
- Create and maintain standardized legal playbooks, document templates, and internal knowledge resources
- Provide support for compliance initiatives and internal investigations
