LEAP is looking for a Legal Executive to join our Client Success team. In this role, you'll apply your legal background and relationship management skills to manage, workshop solutions, and retain clients using LEAP’s Core product and Integrated Products and Apps. Your focus will be on ensuring long-term client retention, maximizing satisfaction, minimizing churn, and developing successful product adoption strategies.
What You'll Do
- Maximize client productivity by confidently demonstrating new features, products, and add-ons.
- Build trusted relationships by understanding client challenges and providing or facilitating effective solutions.
- Work with key stakeholders (Principals and Practice Managers) to suggest improvements to productivity using LEAP features.
- Identify at-risk accounts by monitoring and analyzing 'Client Health' metrics, NPS results, and other feedback.
- Collate positive client testimonials for use in marketing material.
- Represent the voice of the client to provide input into LEAP Dev, Marketing, and Sales.
- Collaborate closely with Implementations, Renewals, and Companion Product teams to address issues and identify upsell opportunities.
- Ensure all client activity is accurately logged in Salesforce (CRM) in a timely manner.
- Attend and present at conferences, roadshows, webinars, exhibitions, and events, networking with clients.
- Achieve individual and team targets, including 'Top 5' goals aligned with company objectives.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years experience working in a law firm in some capacity.
- Proven ability to negotiate and engage in a confidence-winning manner, achieving commercial outcomes and high client satisfaction.
- Track record of meeting and/or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Experience navigating challenging situations and clients.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to read the room.
- Willingness and ability to travel within New Zealand to meet with clients.
