  • Ensure consistency in legal positions across procurement activities.
  • Help develop and update contract templates in collaboration with senior legal staff.
  • Conduct legal research and maintain up-to-date procurement playbooks, standard clauses, and guidance materials.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency for procurement teams.
  • Assist in creating internal training resources, presentations, and legal guidance documents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Global Procurement, IT Security, Finance, CSR, and Data Protection.
  • Support engagement with senior in-house and external legal counsel through document preparation and follow-up tasks.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong ability in drafting, analyzing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, legal research platforms, DocuSign, and familiarity with AI legal tools is beneficial.
  • Organized, detail-focused, proactive, and able to communicate clearly across teams.
  • Capable of managing multiple responsibilities under guidance and collaborating with diverse departments.
