Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, with a preference for Human Resources
- 3 to 5 years of experience in HR, specifically in managing leave of absence programs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication abilities and a consistently professional, positive demeanor
- In-depth understanding of FMLA, ADA, USERRA, and applicable state and local leave regulations
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage confidential and sensitive employee matters
- Valid driver’s license for applicable vehicle types and a driving record acceptable to the company review team
Nice to Have
- Professional HR certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP
- Background working in multi-state or complex leave administration environments

Required

- Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team
