Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is looking for a Lease Administration Assistant to join our team. You will maintain our lease databases by obtaining portfolio information and reporting to clients and internal JLL teams.
What You'll Do
- Provide administrative support including managing documents, scans, and letters
- Track documents and invoices in appropriate tools
- Upload documents and invoices into the system, local drive, or SharePoint
- Perform database updates and clean-ups based on instructions
- Prepare database and financial reporting based on instructions
- Support the financial management team with standard and non-standard tasks
What We're Looking For
- Very good command of English
- Availability for at least 25-30 hours per week
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to think clearly and precisely
- Proficient skills in MS Office, especially Excel
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of another European language
- Some experience in database management
