Responsibilities
- Organize and manage scheduling for training sessions and meetings
- Handle multiple tasks concurrently, adapting priorities based on organizational demands
- Prepare training resources and set up classrooms for instructor-led instruction
- Keep training calendars updated and maintain accurate participation records
- Distribute training schedules to staff and monitor attendance
- Arrange logistical details for training events, including locations and technical equipment
- Assist in managing relationships with outside training providers
- Oversee the upkeep and availability of internal training spaces and tools
- Offer on-site assistance during workshops, discussions, and learning events
- Complete additional tasks as directed by management

- This is a full-time position
- Workdays are Monday through Friday
- Daily hours may range from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
