Scout Motors is hiring a Learning Management System Administrator to serve as a trusted partner and collaborator, working under the Director of Learning & Development. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end administration of our SuccessFactors LMS, blending data agility, system design, operational oversight, and project management.
What You'll Do
- Fully configure and future-proof all LMS global settings, branding, authentication, integrations, and SSO operability.
- Curate and manage enterprise-wide permissions, roles, and organizational hierarchy.
- Build and manage all LMS data security, compliance, and ad-hoc LMS reporting, including building custom reports.
- Build and manage the LMS vendor relationship and oversee platform upgrades.
- Create best practices around monitoring overall system performance and uptime.
- Assess, build, and audit key learning metrics to develop reporting for the enterprise.
- Proactively handle key LMS issues, password resets, and LMS troubleshooting.
- Lead training and develop LMS sessions for business-unit scouts across the organization.
- Build and facilitate LMS admin-support across Corporate, Commercial, Production, and all business units.
- Act as the LMS Subject Matter Expert for assessing and integrating 3rd-party learning software, AI, VR/AR, and critical infrastructure APIs.
- Create, assign, and analyze training for all learning populations, talent, and career paths.
- Help build our Scout Learning Council by consulting and collaborating with all LMS SMEs and learning teams.
- Partner with Hiring Managers and HR to understand enterprise LMS needs and align priorities with business outcomes.
- Set clear expectations and deliver successfully on all LMS update timelines, learning environments, and technology integrations.
- Provide and present regular updates on LMS status, learning metrics, and training progress.
- Deliver a positive, value-driven experience for People Managers and end-users through clear communication and responsiveness.
- Own the end-to-end LMS enterprise development, integration, and stabilization.
- Manage all LMS errors and issues, identify gaps, and adjust strategies to deliver a timely, high-quality learner experience.
- Execute targeted LMS strategies aligned with Scout Motors’ brand and values.
- Share and recommend learning technology insights and innovation opportunities to strengthen our learning architecture.
- Execute in a KPI-driven results-based environment with monthly learning and user performance targets.
- Oversee and deliver timely LMS metrics such as system health, completion and compliance targets, and user experience indicators.
- Leverage SuccessFactors to import, document, and audit all learning activity to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Consult with SMEs to build career and learning pathways that drive effectiveness, engagement, and efficiency.
- Act as a Scout Motors brand ambassador, building connections with learning technology communities.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of current, hands-on experience administering SuccessFactors LMS, including system configuration, user/role management, and maintaining system integrity.
- Proven ability to independently diagnose and resolve LMS issues, partnering with IT or SAP Support when needed.
- Deep experience uploading, testing, and managing SCORM/AICC content, ensuring compatibility across devices and browsers.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and distribute LMS reports and dashboards, analyzing data for compliance and insights.
- Experience configuring LMS workflows, including assignments, notifications, certifications, and learning pathways.
- Skilled in providing Tier‑1/2 support with a “people first” attitude, creating guides or delivering brief training.
- Strong organizational skills managing data loads, maintaining accurate training records, and meeting compliance deadlines.
- Deep experience partnering with HR, IT, Business Unit SMEs, and site-based learning teams to support integrations and operations.
- Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities to maximize and streamline LMS processes, enhance user experience, and apply best practices.
