Responsibilities
- Assess training needs by collaborating with department leaders and analyzing performance data
- Develop learning strategies aligned with business goals and team requirements
- Design and deliver workshops, e-learning modules, and other training formats
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of learning programs from planning to evaluation
- Customize content for different audiences including onboarding, leadership, and technical teams
- Use feedback and metrics to refine and improve learning experiences
- Support internal trainers and subject matter experts in content delivery
- Maintain a learning management system with up-to-date course offerings
- Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual training sessions
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations in training materials
- Track participation, completion rates, and learning outcomes
- Promote a culture of continuous learning across departments
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design
- Integrate new technologies to enhance learning engagement
- Collaborate with HR on talent development and performance improvement plans
- Support leadership in defining competency frameworks
- Evaluate vendor-provided training solutions when applicable
- Report on KPIs related to learning effectiveness and ROI
- Foster inclusivity and accessibility in all learning materials
- Ensure scalability of programs as the organization grows
