Responsibilities
- Lead the design and rollout of seller-oriented training programs aligned with go-to-market goals, including curriculum development and content creation
- Utilize diverse learning technologies to build interactive and effective training modules tailored for adult professionals
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define sales skill gaps and align training initiatives to boost seller confidence and long-term program success
- Conduct live training sessions and deliver 'train-the-trainer' programs to ensure broad knowledge dissemination
- Manage nationwide training deployment in coordination with regional sales operations teams
- Maintain seamless coordination and clear communication with Marketing, Product, and Sales Operations to achieve shared objectives
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance sales processes and team performance
