TELUS Agriculture & Consumer Goods is looking for a Learning Consultant to transform how our sales teams win. In this role, you will design and deliver high-impact training strategies for our Door-to-Door sales teams on core wireline and wireless products. You will own the strategy and execution of programs that measurably impact performance, engagement, and customer outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Own the activation, material development, and curriculum design of key seller-focused training strategies tied to go-to-market objectives.
- Leverage various learning tools to deliver dynamic learning modules that engage adult learners.
- Identify and interlock with key stakeholders on specific sales upskilling and training requirements to increase seller confidence and program sustainment.
- Facilitate in-person trainings and equivalent ‘train-the-trainer’ sessions.
- Coordinate training delivery and execution nationally through regional sales operations teams.
- Execute flawless collaboration and consistent communication with key stakeholders in Marketing, Product, and Sales Operations to deliver required outcomes.
- Operate as a change-maker, consistently looking for opportunities to improve our sales motion and transform our sales teams' ability to deliver results.

- Professional training certification or adult learning experience.
- Experience in strategic consulting.

You will be part of the Direct-To-Consumer (D2C) channel team, a fast-paced and high-performing residential sales team.
Work Mode
This role is based in Quebec.
