Language Services Associates, Inc. is hiring a Learning and Development Manager to lead training initiatives within our dynamic contact center environment. This full-time remote role focuses on developing programs that elevate team capabilities and performance.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs for a contact center workforce
- Lead the full learning lifecycle from needs analysis to delivery and evaluation
- Build engaging training materials for both technical and soft skill development
- Analyze performance data to identify skill gaps and measure training effectiveness
- Collaborate with operations and leadership to align training with business goals
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development, specifically within a contact center or similar operational environment
- Proven ability to manage the end-to-end design and delivery of training programs
- Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and measure program ROI
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills for a diverse, remote audience
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools
Work Mode
This is a fully remote, full-time position supporting a global team. Candidates must be able to collaborate effectively across time zones in a virtual environment.
