Language Services Associates, Inc. was looking for a Learning and Development Manager

Language Services Associates, Inc. is hiring a Learning and Development Manager to lead training initiatives within our dynamic contact center environment. This full-time remote role focuses on developing programs that elevate team capabilities and performance.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs for a contact center workforce
  • Lead the full learning lifecycle from needs analysis to delivery and evaluation
  • Build engaging training materials for both technical and soft skill development
  • Analyze performance data to identify skill gaps and measure training effectiveness
  • Collaborate with operations and leadership to align training with business goals

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development, specifically within a contact center or similar operational environment
  • Proven ability to manage the end-to-end design and delivery of training programs
  • Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and measure program ROI
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills for a diverse, remote audience
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools

Work Mode

This is a fully remote, full-time position supporting a global team. Candidates must be able to collaborate effectively across time zones in a virtual environment.
