Requirements

  • High school diploma or comparable professional background.
  • Demonstrated abilities in building relationships, acquiring foundational technical computer skills, managing time, taking personal responsibility, and showing initiative.
  • Fluent and professional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and ability to effectively use technology systems required for the position.

Nice to Have

  • Holds a degree or equivalent experience, or shows advanced competency in any of the required skills.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in customer service, call center, or hospitality settings.
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as business collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams.
  • Possesses strong critical thinking, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities.

Required

  • Skills – relationship building, ability to learn basic technical computer skills, time management, personal accountability, and drive.
  • Ability to professionally communicate fluently in verbal and written English.

  • Computer literacy/basic computer skills to effectively navigate and utilize the technology required for the role.

Preferred

  • Any degree or equivalent experience and/or strong or advanced proficiency in any of the above required skills/experience.
  • 1+ years’ experience in customer service, contact center or hospitality role.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business tools such as Microsoft Teams.
  • Other skills and abilities – critical thinking, problem-solving, organization, interpersonal skills, and multi-tasking.
