Scarpel Telecom is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team through Lean Solutions Group. In this role, you will drive efficiency and innovation within multiple global and legacy applications for a key warehouse industry customer. You will be the crucial bridge between complex business processes, stakeholder needs, and technical solution delivery.
What You'll Do
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements to support project goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and translate requirements into functional specifications.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, measure success, and support decision-making.
- Create workflow diagrams, process maps, use cases, acceptance criteria, and user stories.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather input from stakeholders and team members.
- Participate in Sprint planning and manage tier two support tickets, resolving feature issues and coordinating changes.
- Assist in testing phases by validating requirements and ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Prepare reports on project progress, performance metrics, and improvement recommendations.
- Support long-term transformation goals by enabling smoother integrations and configuration management.
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience with business process analysis and documentation.
- Familiarity with requirements gathering and project management tools like Jira or Confluence.
- Advanced proficiency in business modeling, workflow diagrams, and data flowcharts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with sharp attention to detail.
- Advanced English communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
- Knowledge of CRM or ERP systems.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
