Ferrero Group is looking for a Lean Management Specialist to join our team in Belsku. In this role, you will be a key player in enhancing our manufacturing and production processes through the application of Lean Manufacturing philosophy.
What You'll Do
- Lead and participate in projects implementing process improvements within the plant (e.g., 5S, KK, PSG, SMED, AM, SIM, VSM, PM).
- Conduct data analysis, prepare summaries, and monitor key KPI indicators.
- Drive projects aimed at optimizing manufacturing processes.
- Participate in the standardization of production activities.
- Monitor the continuous improvement program within the facility.
- Support the Continuous Improvement Department Manager in implementing changes.
- Collaborate with headquarters on deploying production support systems within the Ferrero Group.
What We're Looking For
- Analytical and conceptual skills, with strong problem-solving competencies.
- Ability to manage change effectively.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools.
- Logical thinking and the ability to integrate information and draw conclusions.
- Skills in conducting training and implementing projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in MS Excel.
- Fluency in Polish.
- Strong command of English.
- Organizational skills and creativity.
Nice to Have
- Higher education in preferred fields: Management and Production Engineering, Lean Management, or related.
- Previous experience working with ERP systems is a plus.
