Ferrero Group is looking for a Lean Management Specialist to join our team in Belsku. In this role, you will be a key player in enhancing our manufacturing and production processes through the application of Lean Manufacturing philosophy.

What You'll Do

Lead and participate in projects implementing process improvements within the plant (e.g., 5S, KK, PSG, SMED, AM, SIM, VSM, PM).
Conduct data analysis, prepare summaries, and monitor key KPI indicators.
Drive projects aimed at optimizing manufacturing processes.
Participate in the standardization of production activities.
Monitor the continuous improvement program within the facility.
Support the Continuous Improvement Department Manager in implementing changes.
Collaborate with headquarters on deploying production support systems within the Ferrero Group.

What We're Looking For

Analytical and conceptual skills, with strong problem-solving competencies.
Ability to manage change effectively.
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools.
Logical thinking and the ability to integrate information and draw conclusions.
Skills in conducting training and implementing projects.
Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in MS Excel.
Fluency in Polish.
Strong command of English.
Organizational skills and creativity.

Nice to Have

Higher education in preferred fields: Management and Production Engineering, Lean Management, or related.
Previous experience working with ERP systems is a plus.
