Adyen is looking for a Leadership Recruiter - Tech and Product to help build our global leadership team. This role focuses on bringing in senior leadership talent across commercial, tech, and product functions, making a direct impact on our organization's growth.
What You'll Do
- Perform full-cycle recruiting for senior leadership roles, from intake meetings and sourcing to debriefs and offer negotiation.
- Provide an outstanding, high-touch candidate experience.
- Act as a true business partner to senior hiring stakeholders, consulting on and coaching successful hiring practices.
- Apply a continuous improvement mindset and collaborate with our global HR team.
- Contribute to employer brand efforts by nurturing talent communities, including across underrepresented groups.
- Be an active ambassador of the Adyen formula and engage with talent who embrace its principles.
- Bring data and insights to all aspects of your work.
- Craft comprehensive talent mapping and executive search strategies with diversity, equity, and inclusion at their core.
- Leverage your strong network across the region to inform guidance to hiring managers and sourcing strategy.
What We're Looking For
- Experience working in fast-paced tech company environments and hiring senior executive talent across borders and functions.
- Outstanding communication skills with a strong solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent project and time management skills for aligning multiple senior stakeholders during complex searches.
- Deep knowledge of executive recruitment sourcing strategies and nurturing passive candidate talent pools.
- Ability to engage in a way that results in superior candidate and hiring manager satisfaction.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $190,000 – $210,000
