Requirements
- MBA with relevant strategy consulting experience, or PhD / registered organisational psychologist (typically 7+ years of experience)
- Exceptional ability to build and sustain relationships with senior-level clients
- Strong analytical capabilities to generate insights from complex data sets
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage multiple client projects
- A strong track record of success in leadership advisory, management consulting, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to executive audiences
