Top Home Improvements is hiring a Lead Window Installer

Responsibilities

  • Install windows according to manufacturer specifications and company standards in the Grand Rapids and surrounding areas.
  • Measure, cut, and fit materials with precision and care.
  • Use a brake to bend and shape aluminum trim as needed for proper installation and finishing.
  • Maintain a clean and safe job site.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ensure every project is completed on time and meets quality expectations.

Requirements

  • Experience in window installation or related construction work.
  • Proficiency using a brake for metal bending and finishing work.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, your own tools, and trailer.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work safely on ladders.
  • Great communication and problem-solving skills.
