What You'll Do
Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure materials are available when needed for production and shipping. Lead process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and safety across storage, handling, and distribution activities. Conduct regular site walks to identify issues early and implement corrective actions promptly.
Develop and maintain standardized procedures for warehouse tasks, including inventory control, material traceability, and non-conformance management. Support root cause investigations for stock variances and supply disruptions, working closely with planning, procurement, and logistics teams. Participate in daily performance reviews and represent warehouse operations within the QCDM framework.
Manage warehouse layout and storage design to maximize space utilization and operational flow. Monitor key performance indicators such as inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, and space efficiency. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards in all activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or materials management roles
- Proven experience using SAP ERP for warehouse and inventory transactions
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis
- Fluent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Deep understanding of safety, quality, and operational standards in industrial settings
- Commitment to work on-site at the Gebze facility at least four days per week
- Eligibility to reside in or relocate to Istanbul or Kocaeli
