EX Squared is hiring a Lead UX/UI Designer to define and deliver exceptional user experiences for our products. You will own the design process from concept to execution, championing user needs and driving visual excellence.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end design process for key product features and initiatives.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries.
- Conduct and synthesize user research to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of professional UX and UI design experience.
- A portfolio demonstrating expertise in complex web and/or mobile applications.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Proven ability to communicate design rationale and advocate for users.
