At ALDO Group, the Talent Acquisition Lead is a key player in building the teams that drive our long-term success. You will execute recruiting strategies to attract and hire top talent across a variety of roles.
What You'll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for technical, professional, and specialized roles while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide guidance on effective sourcing, selection, and hiring practices.
- Support the execution of recruiting strategies and initiatives that promote diversity, quality hiring, and strong organizational fit.
- Act as a subject matter resource for recruiters and hiring managers on sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and candidate evaluation.
- Help coordinate recruiting activities and share best practices across recruiting teams to ensure consistency and efficiency in processes.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs, including hard-to-fill roles.
- Assist in implementing talent programs such as internships, referral initiatives, and other pipeline-building efforts.
- Ensure recruiting processes align with company policies and comply with applicable local, state, and federal employment laws, including Affirmative Action and diversity initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting.
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, including job analysis, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience collaborating with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably SAP/SuccessFactors.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience recruiting in the telecommunications, engineering, or construction industries.
