Remote Recruitment is hiring a full-time Lead Specialist - Administrative Focus. In this role, you will primarily manage and nurture leads via LinkedIn on a weekly schedule while handling light administrative duties to support the team.
What You'll Do
- Follow up on new and existing leads using LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Perform dedicated outreach and tracking activities each Monday with diligence and consistency.
- Ensure all follow-ups are accurate, timely, and clearly documented.
- Carry out basic administrative tasks to support the wider team.
- Adhere strictly to provided instructions and processes.
- Maintain clear, professional communication in written and spoken English.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
- Confident working independently and managing your own schedule.
- Experience using LinkedIn for business or lead generation purposes.
- Reliable internet connection and personal computer or laptop.
Nice to Have

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: R25 000 per month (based on experience and performance).
