This position supports government customers in the US and Canada by delivering cloud-based PaaS and SaaS solutions. The role emphasizes technical sales strategy, solution design, and customer-facing demonstrations using CRM and cloud technologies.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer objectives and challenges to align them with appropriate solutions from the product portfolio
- Create, configure, and present tailored technical solutions that address specific customer needs
- Explain and showcase the underlying technology infrastructure, including expertise in hardware, software, networking, and security layers
- Engage in ongoing product, sales, and technical training and maintain relevant certifications to ensure role effectiveness
- Achieve performance targets set in collaboration with management on a quarterly and annual basis
- Support responses to RFIs and RFPs with technical and solution-focused input
- Collaborate in a fast-moving, team-oriented sales environment while managing multiple concurrent projects
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience as a solution or sales engineer in a CRM or comparable technology environment
- Understanding of relational databases, web technologies, cybersecurity, and integrated applications
- Strong communication abilities, including verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges
Nice to Have
- Experience working with US or Canadian public sector, particularly in Federal Civilian agencies
- Familiarity with Salesforce platform capabilities and functionality
- Knowledge of Government Cloud Compliance standards and related certifications
- Current Salesforce AI Specialist Certification or equivalent; additional certifications in Salesforce Administration, Service Cloud, and App Builder are strongly preferred
- Local presence required in McLean, VA or Washington DC, USA

Compensation
Compensation is based on job level, location, and individual qualifications including relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Some roles may include equity. Incentive pay and benefits may also be offered.
