Requirements
- A product focus: define and champion medium-to-long term system architecture, setting technical roadmaps and fostering a culture of experimentation and adoption of best practices, as well as directly contributing to the implementation of solutions.
- Technical expertise: mastery of full-stack engineering, leveraging cloud-based systems and championing practices like TDD and CI/CD to ensure high code quality and efficient delivery.
- Coaching experience: willingness to collaborate with others to get to the best outcome, including providing input in technical discussions, helping teammates, and providing quality feedback in code reviews.
- Communication skills: ability to clearly express yourself verbally and in writing, and convey complex technical concepts and trade-offs to cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.
Nice to Have
- Professional background using TypeScript, React, GraphQL, C#, MongoDB and/or AWS.
- Experience with adjacent languages, frameworks and services used at scale.
- IMU and GPS data processing experience.
