About the Role

Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. is hiring a Lead Salesforce Developer to join our team. In this role, you will focus on adapting and developing solutions to client problems within the Salesforce ecosystem, leveraging your consulting expertise, business analysis skills, and deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Ironclad CLM.

What You'll Do

  • Work on a team to adapt and develop solutions to client problems.
  • Develop insights and leverage those insights to propose solutions to client problems.
  • Develop guides for best practices, monitor adoption, and manage training and support.
  • Own requirements gathering, solutioning, configuration, documentation, functional testing, and knowledge transfer.
  • Design and execute solutions involving data mapping, object modeling, page layout design, and business process workflows.
  • Integrate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues between Salesforce and other Business Systems.
  • Provide changelogs and documentation on updates made to the platform.
  • Address user questions, aggregate and prioritize user feedback, and plan and implement Salesforce enhancements.
  • Identify Salesforce problems, develop fixes, ensure full quality assurance testing, and implement solutions.
  • Document and train staff on system best practices and processes.
  • Review, recommend, and implement new system features and updates.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Salesforce CPQ.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer (formerly Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I).
  • Salesforce Certified CPQ Administrator (formerly Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist).
  • Experience building solutions in Salesforce Lightning and using key Salesforce core programming languages (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Experience with Salesforce.com architecture and APIs.
  • Proven ability to meet challenging deadlines.
  • Strong commitment to continuous learning and adopting new technologies.
  • Capacity to effectively support diverse teams across various time zones.
  • Ability to maintain strong, supportive client relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated strong communication skills, both written & verbal.

Nice to Have

  • CLM system experience, with Ironclad preferred.
  • Experience with tools and applications: Rocketlane, Gong, Churnzero and Zendesk.
  • Experience with Data Cloud & Data management and data warehouse downstream impacts with CRM.
  • Salesforce Certified App Builder.
  • Platform Developer II certification.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator (formerly Salesforce Certified Administrator).
  • Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist (formerly Salesforce Certified AI Specialist).

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation range: $115,000 - $130,000 CAD.
  • We work hard but make time to celebrate professional wins and personal milestones.
