Responsibilities
- Apply deep Salesforce configuration knowledge in Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Ironclad CLM, combined with consulting and business analysis abilities
- Gather business requirements, design solutions, configure systems, document changes, test functionality, and transfer knowledge effectively
- Analyze business workflows and leverage expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Ironclad CLM to recommend optimal implementations within the platform
- Create technical designs involving data mapping, object structures, page layouts, and workflow automation
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external business applications, resolving technical issues as needed
- Work with large, complex datasets using native Salesforce data management tools
- Maintain detailed records of system changes, including audit trails, workflows, reports, and analytics updates
- Respond to user inquiries, collect and prioritize feedback, and guide platform enhancements aligned with user needs and business objectives
- Diagnose system issues, develop corrective solutions, conduct thorough quality assurance testing, and deploy fixes
- Create training materials and conduct sessions to educate teams on system processes and best practices
- Evaluate, propose, and deploy new features and system upgrades to improve functionality
