At Arise, the Lead, Sales Operations is a key revenue driver for our AI and automation solutions. You will focus on selling our AI and Data Ops services to enterprise clients, with a primary emphasis on Data Annotation, Data Labeling, and AI-driven services.
What You'll Do
- Conduct hard-core pipeline development with a significant bias for winning deals.
- Work with senior leaders to build pipeline, being feet on the street in the Bay Area, and relentlessly pursue opportunities through to close.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in AI/ML data services, including conversational AI, automation, and customer experience analytics.
- Support senior sales leaders in client presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
- Build relationships with client AI/ML teams to understand data requirements and position Arise’s solutions effectively.
- Partner with Global Ops and New Logo partners to drive new client acquisition for AI Data Ops services.
- Maintain a strong understanding of client needs and industry trends to deliver consultative sales solutions.
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of AI data services.
- Provide feedback from clients to improve service offerings and operational processes.
What We're Looking For
- 5-7 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in technology or AI-related services.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and data lifecycle basics like collection, labeling, and QA.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a client-first mindset.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with data annotation platforms such as Labelbox or Scale AI and cloud services like AWS or GCP.
- Exposure to customer experience (CX), contact center data, or conversational AI solutions.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments or with globally distributed teams.
