Responsibilities
- Oversee planning and implementation of field resource deployment to meet customer expectations and business performance targets
- Collaborate with Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) teams to fulfill internal and external compliance and documentation requirements
- Support instrumentation and controls projects, long-term service agreements, and urgent service demands, possibly at customer locations
- Coordinate with service account managers to escalate and resolve operational issues
- Create long-term projections for workforce demand across the region
- Design and implement short- and long-term staffing strategies based on forecasted needs and business commitments, including hiring, skill assessments, and advanced training programs
- Lead a team of Field Service Engineers, managing staffing levels and professional growth
- Rebuild desktop systems for use by the Military Sealift Command
