About the Role

At Great Minds, we believe every child is capable of greatness. We are hiring a Lead Research Analyst reporting to the Senior Director, Research. You will develop and execute our corporate research agenda to deliver actionable insights that shape strategic direction and support our Success team.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain an enterprise research agenda in partnership with managers across the company.
  • Lead the discovery of innovative ideas through hypothesis generation, primary and secondary research, and root cause analysis.
  • Drive key findings from complex datasets to develop analytically sound, logically ordered research pieces.
  • Develop practical and actionable insights grounded in workflows.
  • Independently create and manage key research deliverables such as white papers, case studies, presentations, and templates.
  • Conduct interviews with senior executives, academics, and industry experts.
  • Use research findings to inform product development, implementation strategy, and other strategic capabilities.
  • Cultivate a strong, supportive culture emphasizing trust, collegiality, curiosity, and quality.
  • Support the professional growth and development of employees.
  • Communicate effectively across multiple teams including Implementation Services, Operations and Analytics, and Services Development and Design.
  • Provide timely communications to the Success leadership team on priorities, challenges, and feedback.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of relevant experience designing and implementing rigorous research.
  • Experience analyzing, synthesizing, and distilling large amounts of quantitative and qualitative information.
  • Fluency in research method types, standards, and quality.
  • Strong storytelling ability to translate research findings into action.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to precision and logical organization.
  • Ability to manage projects and drive ideas forward to advance initiatives.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A Bachelor’s degree.

Nice to Have

  • Experience and knowledge of K-12 education with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in the field.

Team & Environment

You will report to the Senior Director, Research and collaborate across multiple Great Minds teams.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation: $100,000-$110,000

Work Mode

This is a fully remote position. Candidates should be based in Washington, District of Columbia, United States.
