Responsibilities
- Direct regional maintenance activities to ensure system-wide equipment functionality
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for critical infrastructure
- Monitor repair response times and track resolution metrics across locations
- Train local technicians on updated equipment protocols and safety procedures
- Conduct site audits to verify compliance with operational standards
- Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues affecting store operations
- Coordinate with vendors for specialized repair services and parts procurement
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance logs and equipment history
- Lead troubleshooting efforts during high-impact service outages
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Evaluate new technologies for potential integration into existing systems
- Provide technical guidance during equipment installations and upgrades
- Support onboarding of new facility locations within the region
- Prepare performance reports for senior operations management
- Respond to urgent maintenance requests outside standard hours when needed
- Standardize maintenance workflows across sites for consistency
- Assess technician competency and recommend development plans
- Manage spare parts inventory for critical systems
- Optimize maintenance costs while maintaining service quality
- Serve as primary point of contact for regional equipment concerns
