Role Description: This is a full-time remote position for a Lead/Senior Talent Acquisition Professional at Agent. The Specialist will be accountable for onboarding new clients to comprehend recruitment requirements, identifying and evaluating candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the placement workflow. This role will entail close collaboration with hiring leadership and applicants to guarantee successful talent acquisitions. Responsibilities: - Create and sustain a comprehensive network of qualified talent candidates. - Leverage online recruitment platforms and candidate management systems to locate, engage, and track potential professionals. - Chronicle sourcing methodologies to maintain consistency and operational efficiency. - Engage directly with hiring managers/customers to understand specific role expectations and requirements. - Perform initial candidate evaluations to assess professional qualifications and organizational compatibility. - Ensure all talent acquisition activities align with organizational objectives and standards. - Communicate progress and collect client perspectives throughout the recruitment lifecycle. - Facilitate smooth contractual negotiations between organizational clients and potential candidates. Requirements: - 3+ years of demonstrated expertise in talent sourcing for US organizations across diverse locations, roles, functions, and seniority levels. - Possesses a sophisticated ability to identify and match professional qualifications. - Exceptional analytical problem-solving capabilities and a forward-thinking approach. - Comfortable interfacing directly with US-based clients through video conferences and digital communication. - Robust capacity to document and enhance recruitment, sourcing, and candidate vetting processes. - Outstanding communication proficiencies (10/10), encompassing written and verbal interactions. - Enthusiastic about integrating contemporary technological solutions to enhance operational effectiveness. - Availability during 9 AM to 5 PM CST work hours. - Demonstrates significant professional ambition and motivation to surpass performance expectations.
