Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for active positions, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer closure.
- Craft tailored outreach messages for highly specialized technical roles in fields such as machine learning, robotics, simulation, and controls to engage passive candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define evaluation criteria, conduct interview debriefs, and maintain consistent assessment standards.
- Oversee the complete candidate journey within Ashby, ensuring organized pipelines, prompt scheduling, and standardized feedback collection.
- Design competitive offer packages, model equity components, and guide candidates through acceptance, especially when facing competing offers.
- Work closely with hiring teams and operations to ensure new hires have a clear onboarding plan and can quickly become productive.
- Function independently on assigned roles, driving results without reliance on additional support structures.
