About the Role
The role involves leading QAD ERP system analysis, coordinating with stakeholders to define requirements, supporting system enhancements, and driving process optimization across manufacturing and supply chain functions.
Responsibilities
- Lead analysis and configuration of QAD ERP system modules
- Collaborate with business units to gather and document functional requirements
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams
- Support system testing, validation, and user acceptance processes
- Manage change requests and system enhancements throughout the lifecycle
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across integrated platforms
- Develop training materials and conduct sessions for end users
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
- Work closely with IT and operations teams during implementations
- Maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, and procedures
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate timely resolutions
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards
- Participate in upgrade planning and execution for QAD software
- Assist in defining key performance indicators and reporting metrics
- Drive adoption of best practices in ERP utilization
- Evaluate new features and functionality in QAD releases
- Support integration with third-party applications and tools
- Lead process mapping and workflow analysis initiatives
- Provide post-implementation support and system stabilization
