GE HealthCare is looking for a Lead Project Manager - Engineered Solutions to oversee project delivery and profit & loss accountability for commercial nuclear industry projects. You will act as the primary contact for service contracts and lead all aspects of project management.
What You'll Do
- Perform all aspects of project management for assigned projects, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and resource management.
- Provide leadership for project teams, ensuring projects are delivered within schedule and cost constraints.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and timelines.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and business policies.
- Monitor project performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report progress to stakeholders.
- Negotiate contract terms and manage change orders to address project scope changes.
- Use technical expertise for data analysis to support project decisions and recommendations.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college and a minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management.
- Or equivalent experience/education in the nuclear industry, such as a Senior Reactor Operator with 3 years of project management experience.
- Minimum 3 years managing small- to medium-scale projects in heavily regulated industries such as oil & gas, energy, aerospace, or medical device.
- Ability and willingness to travel 15+% domestically and internationally.
- This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. Final offers are contingent on the ability to obtain authorization from the U.S. Government.

- Demonstrated experience in the nuclear power industry.
- Proven track record in managing project scopes with a focus on instrumentation and controls.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in complex situations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- PMP Certification.
