Pernod Ricard is hiring a Manager, Field Marketing to serve as the local marketing expert for the Control State Division across VA, PA, NH, OR, and ID. In this role, you will lead market-level activation planning and execution, translating national brand strategies into impactful regional programs and acting as a key connector between sales, distributors, and brand teams.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the local marketing lead for assigned states, translating national brand strategies into market-level execution plans.
  • Communicate national programs and priority periods to sales and distributor teams.
  • Develop localized activation playbooks and execution tactics, including necessary adaptations.
  • Evaluate the need for and lead business case development for locally initiated programs using DICE modeling.
  • Collaborate with sales teams on field execution, innovation readiness, and priority alignment.
  • Manage large-scale brand activations, sponsorships, and agency-led programming.
  • Capture and consolidate market insights to inform annual planning and program briefing processes.
  • Lead annual market-level budget development in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Oversee A&P budget tracking and reconciliation to optimize deployment.
  • Monitor budget performance across states and recommend improvements.
  • Finalize and deliver sell decks outlining program objectives, insights, and summaries.
  • Present program priorities at key distributor meetings.
  • Ensure all programs have defined commercial objectives and timely ROI evaluations.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 5–10 years of experience in marketing, trade/retail management, or brand roles.
  • Experience in sales or selling environments with a strong understanding of local activation strategy.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s Degree concentration in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Experience within beverage alcohol.

This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Field Marketing.

  • Compensation: $97,040.00 to $121,300.00 (based in Pennsylvania)

Work Mode

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work remotely 2 days a week. The position supports operations in VA, PA, NH, OR, and ID.
