GE Aerospace is hiring a Lead Program Management Specialist to lead the cross-functional team delivering on United States Air Force (USAF) Performance-Based Logistics (PBL) contract deliverables. You will ensure execution within the contract's terms and business case, directly impacting the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the team.
What You'll Do
- Lead all contract performance activities for your assigned customer(s) or program(s).
- Act as the primary interface between the customer and internal business teams, managing information and request flow.
- Ensure timely issue resolution, keep customers updated on program progress, and negotiate changes or solutions.
- Adhere to all contract specifications and financial/technical metrics.
- Support proposal development and contract negotiations.
- Contribute to strategy and policy development within your area.
- Be responsible for the profitability and customer satisfaction of assigned contracts.
- Interact with customer service, parts, field service, repair, and other internal teams.
- Function as the liaison between internal organizations and customers.
- Use judgment to make decisions and solve moderately complex problems.
- May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma / GED with at least 7 years of Program/Project Management experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of Program/Project Management experience.
- U.S. citizenship status.
- Ability to qualify for access to U.S. export-controlled information (must provide proof of U.S. Person status).
