Hims & Hers is building the next generation of healthcare. As a Lead Product Manager, Care, you will own a core domain within the Care Platform, designing and building the systems that power our providers’ ability to deliver care at scale. You will operate as a single-threaded owner for your area, defining the strategy, roadmap, and success metrics end-to-end.
What You'll Do
- Develop a deep understanding of providers, clinical teams, and customers to translate their pain points into scalable product solutions.
- Integrate company strategy, research, and market insights into product decisions that create differentiated user experiences.
- Collaborate closely with engineering leadership on platform architecture decisions, ensuring scalability and compliance.
- Consolidate feedback from growth, operations, medical, and technical stakeholders to shape a clear roadmap for the Care Platform.
- Define success metrics, measure impact rigorously, and balance customer value, technical feasibility, and business priorities.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of product management experience.
- At least 3 years building platform or internal tooling products.
- A track record of owning complex, high-impact product areas end-to-end, from defining the problem to driving measurable business outcomes.
- Experience building and scaling complex, interdependent platform systems across multiple domains.
- Love of data, with an intuitive understanding of its importance and proficiency in accessing and leveraging tools like SQL, Looker, Tableau, Excel.
- Deep curiosity and empathy, seeking to understand the why behind behavior and data.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a highly regulated industry like Healthcare or FinTech.
- Experience in a marketplace or network business model.
