- Drive cross-functional alignment across operations, marketing, and legal
- Own prioritization of the product backlog
- Evaluate new technologies to enhance care capabilities
- Support go-to-market planning for new care features
- Ensure scalability of care systems as user base grows
- Lead post-launch reviews to identify improvement areas
- Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders on product direction
- Communicate progress and trade-offs to senior leadership
- Mentor junior product team members
