RxBenefits is hiring a Lead Product Manager to own the end-to-end product management of a fast-growing, evolving set of clinical and hospital products. This role requires 5+ years of PBM experience and a drive to excel in a high-growth environment.
What You'll Do
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.
- Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation, requirements, and design through development, launch, and ongoing optimization.
- Partner with engineering, design, analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Use data-driven insights from customer feedback, usage metrics, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and measure success.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring solutions solve real problems and deliver an excellent user experience.
- Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment across executive, business, and technical teams.
- Monitor product performance, define KPIs, and continuously iterate to improve adoption, engagement, and outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a similar field.
- Minimum 5 years of PBM experience and 10 years of total professional experience.
- Curious, creative, and strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated success in releasing products that meet and exceed business objectives.
- Proven ability to become a subject matter expert in an aligned product or market and develop solutions for it.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
Nice to Have
- Preference for an MBA, MPH, or similar advanced degree.
- Preference for Certified Product Manager (CPM) or similar certification.
- Preference for 340B Program knowledge.

- Annual salary range: $140,000 - $175,000.
