What You’ll Do
- Drive strategic initiatives across core markets, identifying scalable opportunities in nonprofit verticals and international regions
- Define clear direction and align cross-functional partners around shared objectives, using influence rather than authority
- Analyze customer signals and market patterns to prioritize investments that grow the business sustainably
- Use rapid learning cycles to test ideas, iterate quickly, and scale what works — treating each release as a step toward deeper understanding
- Protect platform integrity by balancing customization demands with long-term scalability
- Translate technical capabilities into go-to-market advantages, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Make decisions grounded in data, research, and real-world feedback — challenging assumptions and validating conclusions
