CaptivateIQ is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own a key area of our product vision and execution. You will be responsible for defining the strategy, roadmap, and feature development that directly impacts our customers’ success.
What You'll Do
- Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for a core product area
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineering, design, and marketing to deliver high-impact features
- Conduct market research and customer discovery to identify opportunities and validate solutions
- Analyze product metrics and user feedback to inform data-driven decisions
- Communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders at all levels
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of launching successful products
- Proven ability to lead product strategy from conception to launch and iteration
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical teams
- Experience working in an agile development environment
Work Mode
This is a remote position. Candidates should be based in or willing to work within the time zones of Raleigh, North Carolina; Toronto; or Nashville, Tennessee.
