What You'll Do
- Master the sales process within a six-month timeframe.
- Cultivate and expand market presence.
- Transition into a mentor role to teach sales strategies to new team members.
- Lead, innovate, and drive a new era of sales excellence.
What We're Looking For
- Ability to pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
- Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain).
- Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience.
