Mattress Firm North Dakota is looking for a Retail Sales Consultant to join our Sales & Leadership Training Program. You will learn to operate a high-performing retail store while creating exceptional guest experiences, building a career where your effort directly impacts your income, growth, and community.

- Help guests find the right sleep solutions for their needs.
- Build relationships within the local community.
