In this role, you will master the sales process within the first six months, expand market presence in the supplemental insurance industry, and transition into a mentor role to train new team members. You will join a top-performing agency with a seven-year record of double-digit growth.
What You'll Do
- Master the sales process within a six-month timeframe.

What We're Looking For
- Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
- Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain).
- Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience.
Nice to Have
- Candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered.
