We're searching for an ambitious sales and marketing professional to join our dynamic team in the crucial Lead Nurture Specialist role. In this position, your primary objective will be to receive, engage, nurture, and convert marketing-qualified leads into scheduled appointments for our consulting experts. Here's how you'll accomplish this: 1. Actively contact inbound leads through WhatsApp, phone, and email to arrange meetings with a compelling, authoritative, and friendly approach. 2. Conduct prospect filtering using a question-based pre-qualification framework while addressing critical service-related inquiries. 3. Optimize appointment attendance by proactively confirming booking details. 4. Maintain precise and current records of leads, interactions, and progression within our sales pipeline using our internal CRM. 5. Collaborate with external partners and internal team members to deliver sales-related materials to potential prospects. Essentially, you'll manage our established pre-discovery funnel from start to finish. Your mission is to ensure our consultants' calendars are filled with high-quality appointments. This is a full-time remote position requiring 40 weekly hours, from Saturday to Wednesday. Candidates within a timezone of ±4 hours from Dubai, UAE will be considered.
