Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to inbound leads via WhatsApp chat, phone and email to schedule appointments in a fun, friendly, yet authoritative manner.
- Pre-screen good fit vs bad fit prospects through a question-based pre-qualification script - as well as answer essential service based questions.
- Maximize appointment attendance rate by confirming bookings ahead of time.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and progress in the sales pipeline via our internal CRM.
- Coordinate with external suppliers and internal team members to deliver sales-related material to pipeline prospects.
- Put another way; you will manage our proven, pre-discovery funnel from beginning to end.

Additional Information
- Full-time remote role requiring 40 hours per week, Saturday to Wednesday.
- Only candidates in a timezone +/- 4 hours of Dubai, UAE will be considered.
