Responsibilities
- Leading discovery sessions and solution design
- Bridging the gap between business and technical teams
- Architecting fit-for-purpose Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform solutions
- Leading cross-functional teams of developers and functional consultants to deliver high-quality outcomes for customers
- Coaching and mentoring consultants and contributing to internal capability development
- Driving product innovation and reusability through internal development initiatives
- Driving best practice across analysis, documentation, and delivery
- Remaining actively involved post-implementation, nurturing long-term customer relationships, guiding optimisation opportunities, and ensuring customers continue to receive the best possible support and value from their solution after go-live
- Representing Theta in the wider Dynamics 365 and Power Platform community through forums, presentations, and events
