Lead MarTech Business Analyst – Adobe (Remote)
Role Overview
In this position, you will act as the central point of contact for all Adobe marketing technology initiatives. You'll work closely with marketing teams and technical delivery groups to translate business goals into actionable technical requirements, ensuring successful deployment and optimization of Adobe Journey Optimizer and related platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with marketing operations and stakeholders to identify business objectives, define user stories, and document functional requirements for Adobe-based campaigns and workflows.
- Support end-to-end implementation and continuous improvement of Adobe Campaign, Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and backlog refinement to maintain project momentum and alignment.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), quality assurance checks, and validation of tagging, tracking, and personalization using tools such as Adobe Debugger.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user training materials for Adobe platform processes.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a MarTech or digital marketing setting.
- Proven understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud and its integrated architecture, including core components and data flows.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks, including writing user stories and managing feature backlogs.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical details in clear, business-focused terms.
