Cognizant is hiring a Lead MarTech Business Analyst to serve as the primary point of contact for all Adobe-related queries and issues. This remote role bridges marketing stakeholders and technical delivery teams to drive the optimization and implementation of Adobe Journey Optimizer.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with marketing operations product owners and stakeholders to define business objectives, user stories, and functional requirements for Adobe-based marketing initiatives.
- Support the implementation and optimization of Adobe Campaign/Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- Actively participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and backlog grooming to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing), QA, and validation of tagging, tracking, and personalization implementations using tools like Adobe Debugger.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and user guides for Adobe platform workflows.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a MarTech or Digital Marketing environment.
- Solid understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud integrated architecture.
- Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, writing user stories, and managing feature backlogs.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into clear business-friendly language.
